Great little Free relaxed drive right off the highway; plan to visit for at least 45 min to a couple hours.

My policy, leave it cleaner than you found it to help preserve its natural beauty.

This place is beautiful!! What a nice spot to get out of the car and stretch, walk around and just relax. We were here in the mid day, it would be nice to return with a camera at sunset! There are no services here, or a town of any sort- it is you and the “valley of the gods “

An epic adventure drive for vehicles with modest clearance angles. The color and rock formations vary. Personally I enjoyed this location more than monument valley. Explorer beware, tread lightly here. This area is amazing but will only remain so if you adhere to the pack in and pack out policy. This means you leave nothing behind after your visit.

The road almost halfway through had washed out, but it was wonderful to get to drive through a miniature Monument Valley at no cost.

A scenic sandstone valley in southeastern Utah. It is north of Monument Valley across the San Juan River and has similar rock formations to Monument Valley with tall, reddish brown mesas, buttes, towers and mushroom rocks —remnants of an ancient landscape—standing above the level valley floor. Beautiful scenic drive, camping & hikes.
