This modest motel is unassuming with a very clean room, soft bed, small but happy feeling. The owner is kind. Not bad for under $60.
Very pleasant place in the middle of nowhere. Owner is very kind and the rooms are simple but just right. The outside doesn't look like much but don't let that turn you away. We were lucky to find such a nice place. Would stay here again!
While the exterior may be dated, it is a great little place to lay your head down and get a good rest. The rooms are not what you may be used to but the room and your sheets are clean and that is what matters anyways. Rates are fantastic for this area during the tourist season (May to sept). Dont let the exterior fool you...its a geat little place. This is my second season here and I just love this area and this motel. Just a side note, while they provide towels, you will need your shampoo and body soap...not a big deal since I travel with my own....My whole family loved it here...this place is not where you would come to stay for weeks...since there are limited things to do here so again...if you need a place to rest your body for the evening before moving on to your next destination, the Canyonlands Motel is the place.
With very limited options traveling from Moab towards Monument Valley, choices for lodging are few. Those around tend to be pricey.
